yeah, i'm just hoping that studying meds won't be as awful as everyone says really hope to get some free time on my hands so i can do stuff like that too. would die without my 'hobbies'

i sort of thought about making two wings on each side of your back, the design would probably look something like the one i did in the 'embrace' drawing..and then combining them in the middle in some way. either by entwining them in some sort of way or making a guardian angel character for you
it all depends on how big you want them though. if you don't want them to take too much space in the middle of your back, then maybe the guardian angel character wouldn't be such a good idea, or then it might be better to draw only a sort of face there and then link the wings together through ornaments.
i thought as an alternative you could have the wings on the back of your arms and then let them flow all the way to the middle of your back from there.

Hehe, hmm... The wing idea sounds cool, a bit obvious for tattoos on both shoulders ^^ I like the idea, though I'd prefer if it doesn't seem like it's my wings... And that they are not too big... The idea of putting them on my arms sounds pretty nice too, a bit different than I had imagined, but pretty nice I think some sor of creature in the middle of the back could be cool too, as long as it doesn't get too big. I still want my tattoos to be elegant and discrete... But maybe, if the creature (angel or what ever) in the middle is kinda small, the wings are placed on my arms, but then are like, not angelwings, but is more like attached to the creature through some sort of thinner line or string? It's a bit hard to explain, but... Hmm, maybe I can draw a sketch or something during the day... Just rough of the places ^^
